Responsibilities
- Design, configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN.
- Deploy switches, routers, Wi-Fi (controller/AP), firewalls and NAC.
- Perform site surveys, documentation, change management and handover.
- 24×7 on-call rotation for P1 incidents (rostered).
Requirements
- Strong TCP/IP, routing/switching, Wi-Fi fundamentals.
- Hands-on with Cisco/Aruba/Juniper/MikroTik/Ubiquiti (any mix).
- Certifications like CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent) are a plus.
- Excellent customer communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, intercoms.
- Deploy biometric time-attendance & access control (eSSL/Hikvision/etc.).
- Cable pulling, terminations, crimping, testing and labeling.
- Preventive maintenance, call-outs and customer training.
Requirements
- Hands-on field experience with CCTV & biometrics.
- Basic networking (IP addressing, PoE, port forwarding).
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally.
- ITI/Diploma preferred; vendor training is a plus.

- Prospect, meet clients and pitch IT/security solutions.
- Manage funnels in CRM, prepare proposals & coordinate demos.
- Achieve monthly targets and grow assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with pre-sales/technical for solutioning.

- Freshers with high energy welcome; field travel expected.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu preferred.
